Richard Bainbridge
Richard is an experienced agency leader who has held management roles at Leo Burnett and served as MD of Ogilvy Direct, expanding their business consultancy 5-fold. He co-founded Miller Bainbridge & Partners, building integrated infrastructures for major global brands. Later, he founded Group MB, London’s first “IP to IPO to marcomms” business, driving joint ventures with partners like HSBC, Fujitsu, and Sky.
David Vrieling
Like his father, David is a passionate sailor. He graduated from the Enkhuizer Zeevaartschool (EZS) as a skipper in Grote Zeilvaart. An experienced charter crew member, he recently sailed professionally in the Caribbean aboard the tall ship Frederic Chopin. He currently coordinates the on-board renovation of the topgallant schooner Lady Ellen, preparing her to become the signature media vessel of the Tall Ship Channel.
Markus Vrieling
Markus brings over 30 years of experience as an IT analyst and business consultant. A pioneer in digital services, he built Markus Software Distributors into a Benelux market leader and designed systems for major European institutions. Today, he is a renewable energy expert, a passionate sailor, the owner of the tall ship Lady Ellen, and the driving force behind the Tall Ship Channel.
